Longwear is committed to keeping your personal information secure.  We keep your personal information in a secure server and have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities.

Whilst we strive to protect your personal information, due to the nature of the internet we cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to us.  With this in mind, any transmission is at your own risk and we urge you to take every precaution to protect your personal information while you are on line.

How we use your data

The data that we retain is necessary for us to provide our ongoing services and to fulfil our contractual obligations we have with you and your company.

We will only hold and store the necessary data that you have provided, namely a contact name, site address and contact details i.e. telephone numbers, emails addresses and bank details.

Longwear has a need to use this data.  We will not however pass on any of your data or details to any other company or third parties without express permission of the data holder

How long will we keep your data for

We will only retain information we have collected about you after our professional relationship has terminated, for as long as necessary, to fulfil the purposes we collected it for  including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting or regulatory requirements.

We take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your account and to provide the products and services you have requested from us.  We will not use your information or share your information with any other company for marketing purposes without your prior consent.

Erasure rights

You have the right to request the deletion or removal of your personal data if you feel there is no compelling reason for its continued processing.  Please contact us.

Your right to object

Under the GDPR you have the right to object to us processing personal data based on grounds relating to your particular situation.  If you object to us processing your personal data we will stop unless : there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or, the processing is for exercise of defence of a legal claim.

You have the right to complain to the Information Commissioners Office if you feel there is a problem with the way we are handling your data.
